Core logic: high-pressure water+CNC motion control. It is essentially a specialized CNC machine tool for cleaning. Using high-pressure water as the cleaning medium, through CNC programming input, the spray gun is automatically controlled to move in the X/Y/Z three-axis space, combined with the rotating worktable (C-axis) and B-axis swing angle (optional), to achieve precise cleaning of all six surfaces and deep holes of the workpiece.

High pressure pump: any valve for pressure. Equipped with a German imported high-pressure plunger pump and an automatic frequency converter, the pressure can change instantly between 0-50MPa (approximately 0-500 kg). This means that when cleaning the surface, the pressure should be lowered to prevent damage; When cleaning the inner hole and deburring, the pressure instantly rises to the highest level - one device, two modes, flexible switching.

刀庫系統(tǒng)：噴嘴自動換刀。 直列式刀庫容量通常4把，內(nèi)置平面噴嘴、萬能噴嘴、深孔噴嘴以及毛刷等多種清洗工具。編程自動選刀，不同部位換不同噴嘴：平面噴嘴覆蓋大面積表面，深孔噴嘴深入盲孔根部進行“旋弧掃描清洗”。

Knife magazine system: nozzle automatic tool change. The capacity of an inline knife magazine is usually 4, with built-in flat nozzles, universal nozzles, deep hole nozzles, and various cleaning tools such as brushes. Programming automatic tool selection, different nozzles for different parts: flat nozzle covers a large surface area, deep hole nozzle goes deep into the root of blind hole for "spiral arc scanning cleaning".

過濾系統(tǒng)：三級過濾，精度5微米。 不銹鋼水箱采用三級過濾：一級攔網(wǎng)過濾大顆粒毛削，二級袋式過濾精度10微米，三級袋式過濾精度5微米。配合帶式除油機和加熱管，保證清洗介質(zhì)長期潔凈，避免二次污染。

Filtering system: three-stage filtration with an accuracy of 5 microns. The stainless steel water tank adopts three-stage filtration: the first stage blocks and filters large particles, the second stage bag filters with a precision of 10 microns, and the third stage bag filters with a precision of 5 microns. Cooperate with the belt type oil remover and heating tube to ensure long-term cleanliness of the cleaning medium and avoid secondary pollution.

適用場景： 汽車零部件（缸體、閥體）、液壓件、航空零件、精密五金——凡是結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、孔系繁多、清潔度要求嚴苛的工件，都是CNC高壓清洗機的主場。
